The Fire Department would like to say thank you for all the contributions you have
giving in the past, it has helped us purchase so much needed equipment over the past
years, also we are planning to have other types of Fund-
Also we would like to thank everyone that came out and helped in the community over the New Madrid Ice Quake Storm 2009, NBFD Firefighters responded to power lines down, trees blocking road ways, and delivered food and checked on members of the community.
The fire Department put in over 1100 man hours from Tuesday to Sunday. The first three days were 24/7 for the firefighters. We had over 43 calls for service in 6 days.
