Norton Branch along with Grayson Fire Dept. and Carter Co. EMS responded to an accident
on the Industrial Parkway Friday evening, April 11th. Shelby
House, 16, of Flatwoods
was driving south when her 2008 Ford Focus
hydroplaned and left the road. Miss House
and her passenger were not
injured in the accident. Heavy rains and thunderstorms
were to blame.
